How do I order products?

At Coynes.ie you can order all items online. Order through email or call us and order over the phone. If you have any questions about any of our products please feel free to contact us before making your purchase. Our office hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

 

Do you deliver?

We only offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

Free delivery on every Product and Accessory including sprayers, booms, spreaders, scrapers etc.

Free delivery on machines that we ship including Robot mowers, walk behind mowers, strimmers, trimmers, blowers chainsaws etc.

Free delivery on parts orders over €99 countrywide for goods that can be handled by a courier. These orders are boxed, not easily damaged, not liquid and weight less than 20 kg.

Carriage charge on parts orders under €99 is €8.

Delivery of parcels is by a track and trace service with Fastway couriers. If you are not available to take the delivery please ensure an authorised assignee will be present instead. Delivery usually takes two to three days.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please check all goods before signing for delivery. Check for any signs of damage, including the packaging. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged items, you must refuse the delivery or make sure it is noted on the couriers delivery docket as damaged. The goods must remain in an unused condition.

You must then inform us by email within 3 working days of the delivery, otherwise, we cannot accept liability. No claims about damaged or broken items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address unless they have been signed for as damaged so it is vital that you check. Once contacted, we will cover the cost of collection. Once received a full refund will be issued the same day.

 

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If one or more of the items on a multiple item order is out of stock the order will be held until the parts come back into stock so the order can be sent together. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that your package goes missing and cannot be confirmed as having been signed for we will arrange to either resend the items or refund your payment. Please note that if the original delivery arrives, it must be returned to us or you will be charged for the original order.

 

I’m missing items from my order

If you are missing a part of your order please contact parts@coynes.ie straight away, we will then arrange to send out the missing part or issue a refund.

 

Can I return my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled up until they are dispatched by calling or emailing parts@coynes.ie A full refund will be issued the same day.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund (excluding delivery costs) or parts exchange. Any such items must be unused, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.

NOTE: All electrical components are non-refundable. 

If you choose a refund, the full price (excluding delivery) will be credited when the order has been received and processed by coynes.ie.

Coynes.ie will cover the costs of delivery if the return is because of an error we made with your order; otherwise, it is covered by the customer. Be sure to use a reputable carrier with a track and trace number.

All items returned must have a Return Authorisation Form. You must email or call to request an RA form within 7 days after receiving your order.

Please note: for returned goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund.

My order was refunded but I do not see the money in my bank yet.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method as it was received. This process usually takes banks about 3 to 5 business days for refunds to be processed following receipt of your return.

 

Do parts come with a warranty?

All parts are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Electronics are universally excluded.

 

Do machines and accessories come with warranty?

All our products come with at least one year warranty. Specific warranty of each product will be displayed in the products description.

 

My ordered items are out of stock.

We stock a large inventory of parts, accessories and machines at all times, but we cannot guarantee stock levels are 100% correct during time of ordering. If your items are out of stock, we will inform you straight away and offer you an estimated time-of-delivery or a full refund.

 

I can’t find the part I’m looking for.

In cases where you are not sure of the part you require, please do not guess. We are available to guide and advise you through the selection process.

Do you sell after market or genuine parts?

We supply both after market and Genuine parts for nearly all our models, which gives our customers greater choice when picking parts. We ensure that all our spurious parts are of matching quality to our genuine parts by only stocking well-known quality parts from the likes of All Balls racing products, RM Stator etc. All of our parts are brand new and never used unless stated otherwise.

 

What are special order OEM parts?

We keep a large inventory of genuine and aftermarket parts for Honda quads, mowers, garden equipment, marine, power equipment etc. but we don’t have everything! When it comes to less popular parts, parts for older machines, or one-off parts for specific models, we offer an online Honda parts diagram catalogue. Just look up your item, email or call with the items reference and your machines model, type of machine, age of the machine and serial number and we will contact you promptly with a price and availability. 

*Please note- These parts are not stock items, so ordering, shipping, backorders and returns policies on these parts differ from our stock items. Please familiarise yourself with our Special order OEM parts section before ordering.

 

What payment methods do you use?

You can pay for your order online or over the phone. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal payments. We accept bank transfer which must be organised over the phone or by email. Products will be dispatched once proof of payment is received.

We do not accept payment by check, draft, postal order or any other payment method not listed above. Credit cards will incur an added fee of 3%

 

Do you use cookies?

Yes, our website uses cookie technology. A cookie is a small bit of text stored by your browser at the request of our site. We may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests and to save your personal preferences, so you do not have to keep entering them each time you connect to our site. Note that our cookies are not available to other websites. None of your personal information is recorded, and the cookie is automatically deleted when you log out of our site or close your browser.
